The Pines (thepinesbcs.com, referred to as we, us or our) runs a collection of free online games. These terms cover everyone who visits the site or plays its games. By using the site you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Free play, no money
The Pines exists purely for entertainment.
- No real money is ever wagered, paid in or paid out on this site.
- Nothing is for sale. We'll never ask you to pay for coins, levels or anything else.
- Coins, XP and levels are virtual. They have no monetary value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, prizes or goods.
- Doing well in a free game doesn't mean you'd do well at real-money gambling.
Who can play
You need to be 18 or older and living in the United Kingdom. We'll ask you to confirm this when you first arrive and again if you create an account. If we think an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it.
Your account
You don't need an account to play; every game works as a guest. An account lets you keep a coin balance, earn XP, move up levels and see the games you played most recently.
- Please keep to one account, give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google.
- Activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has used it, email [email protected] right away.
- You can delete your account whenever you like from your account page.
Coins, XP and levels
New accounts begin with 50,000 coins. Logged-in players can collect a free daily gift once every 24 hours and earn XP by opening games. Levels are based on total XP.
We can change coin amounts, gifts, XP rules or levels whenever we need to, for example to fix a mistake or keep things fair. Coin balances and levels aren't property and are lost if an account is deleted or closed.
Play fair
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to play or collect gifts;
- try to reach parts of the site or server you're not meant to access;
- run multiple accounts or share one with other people;
- pick usernames that are offensive or impersonate someone;
- copy, re-host or sell our games or content.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our games
Every game on The Pines is our own and runs from our own server. We try hard to keep them available and working properly, but we can't promise there will never be interruptions or errors. Results come from the game software and are for entertainment only.
Who owns what
The site, the games, artwork, text and The Pines name belong to us or to our licensors. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial play.
Our responsibility
The site is free and provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Because the site is free and has no prizes, we're not responsible for indirect losses or for losing virtual coins, XP or levels.
Changes and closing
We may update these terms now and then; the date at the top shows the latest version. We can pause or close the site or an individual account at any time, and you can stop playing and delete your account whenever you want.
Governing law
English and Welsh law governs these terms. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
